Two modified shipping containers will provide indoor spaces for the lot. Youth have proposed to activate these containers as recording studios, clothing swap locations, a public living room, and more.

Resource Box

The resource box is a piece of street-level infrastructure that will provide basic necessities for people who are otherwise unable to obtain those resources. These include first aid supplies, hygiene products, feminine products, non-perishable food, clothing, and more.
Beginning with the Teens Takeover – Austin Youth Quality of Life Plan in 2020, youth have consistently identified the need to design for those unable to access basic necessities. Since then, they have proposed a supply bank, clothing box, first aid kit, and hygiene box which are now combined into the resource box.
